The information published on this site is institutional in nature. It does not constitute an offer of financial securities, a solicitation of investment, or an act of banking or financial canvassing. 2. Data collected and purposes

ISSA Capital collects personal data through the contact form. The server also keeps technical logs (including the IP address) that are necessary for the security of the site and for limiting abusive submissions, and anonymous audience measurement is carried out (see section 8).

Data collected through the contact form:

  • Last name and first name
  • Email address
  • Information relating to the proposal submitted (free text in the message field)

Purpose of the processing: handling the requests and proposals addressed to ISSA Capital.

3. Legal basis for the processing

The processing of the form data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box provided and submitting the form. The technical logs and audience measurement are based on the legitimate interest of ISSA Capital in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients of the data

The data collected is intended exclusively for the officers of ISSA Capital. It is neither resold nor transferred. The following act as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR: IONOS SARL (hosting), Resend, Inc. (sending of the form messages) and Umami (audience measurement). Resend is established in the United States: this transfer outside the European Union is covered by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

5. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access (Art. 15), right to rectification (Art. 16), right to erasure (Art. 17), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), right to data portability (Art. 20), right to object (Art. 21), and right to withdraw your consent (Art. 7(3)).

8. Cookies and trackers

The issa-capital.com website uses Umami Analytics, an open-source audience measurement tool that places no cookies on your device and produces aggregated statistics. No tracking or advertising cookies are used on this site.
